Description
Know Your Air. Improve Your Environment.
The air you breathe affects how you feel, sleep, work, and live every day. Yet most indoor air pollutants are completely invisible. The Well Building Connection™ 8-in-1 Smart Air Quality Monitor takes the guesswork out of indoor air quality by providing real-time data on the environmental conditions around you — so you can make informed decisions to create a healthier indoor space.
Because you can't improve what you don't measure.
Monitor What Matters Most
Eight key indoor environmental parameters, all on one easy-to-read display:
- PM1.0 – Ultrafine particles that can penetrate deep into the respiratory system
- PM2.5 – Fine particulate matter from smoke, cooking, dust, and outdoor pollution
- PM10 – Larger airborne particles including pollen, dust, and mold spores
- CO₂ (Carbon Dioxide) – Evaluates ventilation quality and fresh air exchange
- TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) – Gases released from furniture, cleaning products, paints, and building materials
- Temperature – Real-time ambient temperature
- Relative Humidity – Tracks moisture levels that affect comfort and mold risk
- Real-Time Clock – Timestamps your readings for pattern tracking
An integrated fan continuously samples the surrounding air, providing responsive, accurate measurements that update throughout the day.
Why Indoor Air Quality Matters
The average person spends nearly 90% of their time indoors, where pollutant levels can sometimes exceed outdoor levels. Common sources include:
- Cleaning products and air fresheners
- Cooking fumes and gas appliances
- New furniture, flooring, and building materials off-gassing VOCs
- Pet dander, dust, and allergens
- Poor ventilation leading to CO₂ buildup
- Wildfire smoke infiltrating through windows and HVAC systems
- High humidity creating conditions for mold growth
Monitoring these conditions helps you know when to increase ventilation, run an air purifier, adjust humidity, or identify the source of indoor pollutants.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does this air quality monitor measure?
It simultaneously measures 8 parameters: PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10, CO₂, TVOCs, temperature, relative humidity, and displays a real-time clock. This gives you a comprehensive picture of your indoor environment in one device.
What is a safe CO₂ level indoors?
Outdoor CO₂ is approximately 400–420 ppm. Indoors, levels above 1,000 ppm can indicate poor ventilation and may contribute to drowsiness and reduced concentration. Levels above 2,000 ppm are considered poor air quality. This monitor helps you identify when to open windows or improve airflow.
Can this detect wildfire smoke?
Yes. Wildfire smoke contains fine particulate matter (PM2.5 and PM1.0) as well as VOCs. This monitor will show elevated PM2.5 and TVOC readings during smoke events, helping you decide when to close windows, run an air purifier, or take other protective measures.
What are TVOCs and why do they matter?
TVOCs (Total Volatile Organic Compounds) are gases emitted from everyday products like paints, cleaning supplies, furniture, flooring, and adhesives. Prolonged exposure to elevated TVOC levels in poorly ventilated spaces may affect comfort and well-being. This monitor helps you identify when TVOC levels are elevated so you can improve ventilation.
Does it require Wi-Fi or an app?
No. This monitor displays all readings directly on its built-in LCD screen with no Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or app required — making it simple and reliable for anyone to use.
How is this different from a basic thermometer or humidity sensor?
A basic thermometer only measures temperature. This 8-in-1 monitor adds PM1.0, PM2.5, PM10 particle counts, CO₂ levels, and TVOC gases — giving you a far more complete picture of what's actually in your air, not just how warm or humid it is.
